Problem
The Twixl Publisher plugin-window remains blank, there is no interface. See screenshot.
Cause
This problem is caused by faulty permissions on your Windows-system
Solution
Execute the following steps to force-fix the permissions for your Twixl Publisher plugin-installation:
- Close InDesign.
- Navigate to the path
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\extensions. - Delete the following folders: Twixl Importer, Twixl Importer HTML, Twixl Publisher and Twixl Publisher HTML.
- Run the Twixl Publisher for Windows installer again.
- Start InDesign
- Your Twixl Publisher plugin should now be displayed properly.
