Interactivity within object states

Not planned

Converting from DPS has been a bit of a headache because interactivity within object states is not an option with twixl. I read somewhere you guys think that it is not "user experience friendly" and I heartily disagree because it is all about HOW you use it. For example - I had a 4 really large images (in real life these measured approximately 3 metres high by 25 meters wide), using object states you could select an image in the set - then with a scrollable frame scroll along the image to see all the detail within the image - exit out using the touch points dotted along the image and pick the next one you wanted to look at. Im not entirely sure with twixl how to best replicate this without having to know javascript or html.

Pinch and zoom within an object state would also be really handy!!!

We do support nested interactivity. Only Scrollable Content inside an MSO (Slide Show) or vice versa is not supported and we have no plans to implement this as a feature request. We do indeed think this is a bad reader experience: Users can get lost while swiping and pinch/zooming and it is very hard to learn how to use it (e.g. older people etc.). Furthermore, we have to support both platforms (iOS and Android). On Android devices, this is a very tricky one to implement: slow, "buggy", memory issues, etc.
