While our Support Portal offers the option to add attachments, there is a file size limitation of 20MB. If you need to deliver bigger files to us for support purposes, you can use WeTransfer. This articles explains the best way to do this, so you can be sure that the files you send will be linked to the right support ticket.

1. WeTransfer using the web interface

Using the web interface is fast and easy, especially for occasional use. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to https://twixlmedia.wetransfer.com
  2. Click on the ... icon.
  3. Select the option Send as link.
  4. Add your files.
  5. Add your ticket-id to the Message Field.
  6. Transfer your files.
  7. Wait for the upload to finish.
  8. Copy the link.
  9. Paste the link in your comment (by e-mail or in your Activities in the support ticket).
  10. Done!

2. WeTransfer using the macOS app

When you are using a Mac and you use WeTransfer a lot, then the WeTransfer macOS app can be very handy.

  1. Install the free macOS app from the App Store. It will reside in your menu-bar.
  2. Just drag the file you want to deliver to the WeTransfer icon in your menu-bar.
  3. Wait for the upload to finish.
  4. When the upload is finished, you'll get a Notification and the transfer links will be copied automatically to your clipboard.
  5. Paste the link in your comment (by e-mail or in your Activities in the support ticket).
  6. Done!
