How can I login or sign up for a new account?
If you have an existing login on the Twixl Distribution Platform, you'll be able to use that to login on the help portal. If you don't have a Twixl Distribution Platform account yet, you can sign up for a new account here.
What about my old support tickets?
If you need to provide feedback on an older ticket, the best thing to do is to create a new ticket here and refer to the original URL of the ticket, or its ID ( 4 digits). We have a special field for this ID in our new ticket form.
