Send logging information to Twixl media Support

If you ever run into an issue using Twixl Publisher, it is most helpful for the support team if they can get the logging information from the macOS (OS X) application and/or the InDesign Plug-in.

NOTE:

All logging information will be used for support purposes only. If you are sending this information via our support forum, make sure to mark your message as "private".

Exporting on macOS (OS X)

In order to make it easier to provide that information, our Twixl Publisher macOS (OS X) application help menu provides an option to automatically generate a zip file that you can then upload to our WeTransfer account at twixlmedia.wetransfer.com.

In case you need to send us a .publication file or InDesign source files, you can also use the same WeTransfer URL.

The support log files can be exported from the Help  in the plug-in flyout menu.
