A kiosk or multi-issue app is a collection of issues. Every issue has its own name, description, price and so on. An issue consists of a single publication.
Name, Tagline & Description
An issue name with optional tagline and description.
A unique reverse DNS name that identifies your issue. It is good practice to take the application's product identifier and add an extra string to it. For example if the identifier is com.mycompany.mymagazine, a good and logical identifier for your first issue would be com.mycompany.mymagazine.issue1
Select the date when the publication will be available to the public. If this field is empty, the issue will get the status "Unpublished". If a date is selected, the issue will get the status "Published" or "Scheduled".
If you leave this empty, the issues will be sorted by publish date in descending order. If you fill this in, the issues will be sorted in descending order using the given sort order.
Free or Paid issue. For paid content, prices are set on the platform-specific web sites.
For iOS, you will have to add an In-App Purchase (with the same product identifier) in iTunes Connect.
For Android, you will have to add an In-App Purchase (with the same product identifier) in Google Play. Please note that app purchases and in-app purchases for Google Play are not available in certain countries. Check this Google support document for details about which countries support 'merchant registration'.
Part Of Subscription
This field lets you select whether or not this issue is part of a subscription.
Allows you to put this issue in the spotlight, so it will be featured prominently in your kiosk. Only one issue in an app can be marked as "featured".
Adding new issues from the OS X app
If you select "Upload" in the Twixl Publisher OS X application, then the issue information will be generated when uploading.
